London House Apartments offers large one bedroom, one bathroom open floor plan apartments. Includes kitchen with range and refrigerator dinning area with built in desk, his and hers closets in the bedroom and a balcony or patio just off the dinning area. Also includes in-building coin operated laundry, and off-street parking.

 We allow both cats and dogs.

-We take care of sewer, trash, pest control & maintenance

-Tenants pay a low flat monthly rate for water based off number of occupants 

-Electric is individually metered

-Application fee is only $35 per person. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply.

-Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent with approved credit

-We offer 12 month lease terms

-We offer Deposit & Co-Signer programs.

Onsite maintenance will assist during business hours for any repair needs that may arise and an we have an after hours call center to handle any unexpected emergencies. We also offer a convenient app to notify us of any issues that arise in your apartment.
